This conference accepts full papers and expanded abstracts in Chinese and English. It is recommended to submit full papers and the number of words required is 800-1000 if abstracts are submitted.

This academic conference will invite several domestic and foreign experts to constitute an academic committee and we will conduct a double-blind review to the submitted papers. The conference will select excellent full papers and issue certificates.

After the submitted papers are selected by the academic committee of the conference, the papers passed by the review will be published in a collection of papers and included in the “International Proceedings of Conference Full-text Database (IPCD)”. The excellent papers of the conference will be given priority to the academic journals supported by the conference, and the authors shall bear the review and pages for the papers recommended to the journal.
