Dr. Chen Liu is the founder and CEO of Style3D at Zhejiang Linctex Technology Co., Ltd., He is a leading figure in the field of digital design and manufacturing of clothing. He is also the vice president of the 8th Council of the China National Garment Association. In 2015, he founded Linctex Technology, which focuses on “AI+3D” technology to promote the digital transformation of the entire supply chain in the clothing industry, serving well-known domestic and international brands such as Bosideng and Semir. In 2023, he was appointed as a counselor of the Hangzhou City, and in 2024, he was elected as the vice president of the China National Garment Association.
Dr. Liu is dedicated to the research of 3D digitization and AI in clothing. He has authored several books and obtained over 50 intellectual property rights, including national invention patents, US invention patents, and software copyrights. He has led/participated in numerous provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the “Jianbing” “Lingyan” key research and development project in Zhejiang Province, the financial special project for the future industry (artificial intelligence) pilot zone in Zhejiang Province, and the key research and development plan in Hangzhou City.
